Exe Valley Pilates latest updates

My family and I moved home over the summer holidays to lovely Topsham after six wonderful years on the Exe Valley. Whilst all Mat Pilates classes are still running in Thorverton, Silverton and Victoria Park, Exeter, it has meant a change for all private clients who attended the pilates studio in Netherexe.

I have taken the decision over the summer to stop teaching private lessons for now so that I can concentrate on creating and developing the Reformer studio that will be launching in Topsham in 2026 (hopefully!).

How does that affect you?

• If you attend group mat classes currently or intend to then it won't impact you! Do get in touch exevalleypilates@gmail.com if you would like to book in for the term which starts 2nd September.

• If you are interested in joining our wonderful community but have never done pilates before or have but feel rusty/ in need of some tlc/ help/ advice, then please do drop me a line as above and I can help you to get started. I've created some online support information and beginner videos for you to try at home.

• If you were hoping to continue or even start on your private tailored pilates sessions with me then I'm sorry but I just don't have the facilities to offer these at the present time. We are hoping to create a fabulous, shiny new pilates studio with four reformers and towers for small group classes from our new home in the centre of Topsham. I'm hoping we will be able to offer these sessions from 2026. The huge advantage of working in a small group is that I can still offer very tailored sessions that feel bespoke whilst at the same time making it a much reduced cost for yourself. Win - win. So please hang on in there...... and maybe join one of my group sessions in the meantime.
