There are some alterations to the timetable from January so please check carefully for times of classes.

NEW BEGINNERS Pilates starts WEDNESDAY 7th JANUARY at the Salutation Inn, Topsham. A very exciting new offering to Exe Valley PIlates. This Course is initially a 4 week course - fully sold out. The intention is to continue beyond the 4 week period to bring a regular lunchtime slot to Topsham.

Further Mat Classes coming to Topsham later in spring 2026 and a new boutique large equipment studio arriving mid 2026......... watch this space for more details.
