Reformer & Tower Pilates in Topsham

Small group Pilates for strength, confidence and long-term wellbeing.

Our beautiful garden studio will be opening soon! Stay tuned!

If you're looking for a more personalised Pilates experience, my studio classes offer the opportunity to work in a small group setting with a maximum of four people.

Using the Reformer, Tower and other Pilates equipment, you'll receive expert guidance tailored to your body, your goals and your experience level.

Whether you're completely new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, studio sessions are designed to help you move better, feel stronger and gain confidence in what your body can do.

Because investing in your health should feel good.

No intimidating gym environment. No pressure to keep up. Just thoughtful movement, expert guidance and space to focus on yourself.

Who Are Studio Classes For?

Studio classes are ideal if you:

  • Prefer smaller groups and individual attention

  • Want to build strength safely and effectively

  • Are looking for a more tailored Pilates experience

  • Want to improve mobility and flexibility

  • Are navigating the changes that come with age or menopause

  • Enjoy learning and understanding how your body moves

  • Want to invest in your long-term health and wellbeing

You don't need previous reformer experience to get started.

A calm space to move, learn and reconnect.

This isn't about chasing exhaustion or keeping up with everyone else. It's about building strength, confidence and resilience in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable.

Why Choose Studio Pilates?

The beauty of the Pilates equipment is that it allows us to work in ways that simply aren't possible on the mat alone.

The Reformer helps develop strength, control and stability through resistance-based movement, while the Tower provides wonderful opportunities to improve posture, increase mobility and create length through the body.

Together they form a complete Pilates system designed to help you move better in everyday life.

One of my core beliefs is that progress doesn't stop when class ends.

That's why studio packages include access to a weekly online Pilates session, helping you continue practising between classes and build on what you've learned in the studio.

Because lasting change comes through consistency.

Come for the exercise. Stay for how it makes you feel.

Pilates can help you build strength and mobility, but the real magic is often how you feel afterwards: calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself.
