Booking Conditions

• Your place cannot be held without full payment. Places are held for current clients for a period of 7 days only after which time your place will be offered to someone else if no payment has been made.

• Bookings are usually taken in 6-8 week blocks to ensure you commit to those classes so that 1 you can see the benefit Pilates is bringing to you. If you have a prior engagement one week then you can simply swap into another class subject to available space.

• All classes must be booked and paid for in advance. No show = No refund.

• If for whatever reason, you decide that Pilates is not for you after your first session then I will simply refund you for the entire course, you won’t pay a penny. I’m sure this won’t be the case!

• Please be punctual. Classes will start on time and if you are late, you will be responsible for your own warm up before starting the lesson. However, if you are attending a mid morning class please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before in order to allow the previous class to leave. Please wait quietly if there is a class still in session.

• Please bring your own mat. I have a few spares BUT I NEED TO KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU WANT ME TO PROVIDE ONE. Hygienically it is much nicer to have your own mat. Bringing a small towel or mini pillow can also be useful for support.

• Classes that need to be cancelled by Beth due to adverse weather conditions or unforseaable circumstances will be replaced with either a live zoom lesson or sent out as a recorded lesson. Refunds or swaps will not be given.

• Please be aware of others around you. If you are not feeling well is it best for you to be in a group exercise class? All government guidelines will be adhered to.

• ENJOY! You are coming because you want to. Fitness should be fun and enjoyable. This is a friendly, warm, welcoming place. This is not a competitive environment. The focus is totally about you and your mat.
